The Town of Ladysmith required upgrades to their water treatment facility to replace the aging chlorination equipment and bring it into compliance with Island Healths 4-3-2-1 Policy. The facility upgrades happened in several phases, and phase 2 added the process treatment equipment which brought the town into compliance with Island Health Requirements.
