The Cowichan Valley Regional District’s Mill Bay wastewater treatment plant is being upgraded and will integrate a number of small, problematic community wastewater systems in and around the Mill Bay area into a central system that will meet the high quality standards required under the South Sector Liquid Management Plan.
Claro Environmental Technologies was selected through a competitive RFP process to supply a new headworks step screen and wash press system which will screen the raw sewage entering the facility.
